A virtual assistant for your small business
Most owners end up as their own receptionist, admin team and credit controller. A dedicated VA takes the repeatable work off you, in the tools you already use, managed from the UK.
Works in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Trello

What comes with your VA
- A VA recruited for your role, tested on a paid task before you meet them
- Supervised from the UK: check-ins, performance and cover when they are off
- Their contract and pay handled by us
- The Mango workspace for tasks, messages, hours and a weekly report
- Replaced if it is not working, with your procedures kept
You pay for work that has been done
The monthly fee is billed in arrears, after the month has been worked. The only thing paid up front is the one-off onboarding fee that starts recruitment.

Questions
What kind of work suits a VA?
Anything done on a screen that repeats and follows rules. If you could write it down, a VA can do it.
How many hours would I need?
Part-time is 20 hours a week and full-time is 40. Your free plan recommends one from your answers.
Do I have to be good with technology?
No. We set up the workspace with you, and your VA works in the tools you already use.
What hours does the VA work?
UK business hours as standard. Our VAs are in the Philippines, so a UK working day is their afternoon and evening, and every role is advertised in both time zones.
When do I pay?
Monthly, in arrears: you pay for a month after it has been worked. The one-off onboarding fee is the only thing paid before your VA starts.
Is the VA an employee?
No. VAs work as self-employed contractors. On the managed service they are contracted to us and we handle their pay and performance; you direct the work.
Do I have to give them my passwords?
You should not. Give your VA their own login wherever the software allows, or share access through a password manager, so it can be removed in one step.
Will a VA work for your business?
Answer a few quick questions and get a free plan for your business: whether a VA would work for you now, what they would take off your plate, and what it costs next to a UK hire. Your call with us is booked from there.
