The terms, in full
- VAT
- None. We are not VAT registered, so the price is the price.
- When you pay
- Monthly, in arrears, for the month worked, by Direct Debit. The onboarding fee is the only thing paid up front.
- Minimum term
- Three months for the Managed VA Service, then monthly. Placement is a one-time fee with no ongoing commitment.
- Hours
- A fixed monthly price for the contracted hours. Holiday and sickness cover is included; approved unpaid leave comes off the bill.

Questions
Why is the price a range of levels?
Some work follows a clear written process and suits a Basic VA; some goes better with someone who has done it before, or who will make judgement calls for you. The plan suggests a level from the work you tick.
Are there any other costs?
The one-off onboarding fee for a managed VA, and nothing else. The workspace, recruitment, HR, payroll and replacement are included.
Can I change hours later?
Yes. Move between part-time and full-time, or add a second VA, and the monthly price follows.
What hours does the VA work?
UK business hours as standard. Our VAs are in the Philippines, so a UK working day is their afternoon and evening, and every role is advertised in both time zones.
When do I pay?
Monthly, in arrears: you pay for a month after it has been worked. The one-off onboarding fee is the only thing paid before your VA starts.
Is the VA an employee?
No. VAs work as self-employed contractors. On the managed service they are contracted to us and we handle their pay and performance; you direct the work.
Do I have to give them my passwords?
You should not. Give your VA their own login wherever the software allows, or share access through a password manager, so it can be removed in one step.
